We are now beginning preparations for our annual show presented by Erin Wolfe and Erin’s Dance Studio. It is a special opportunity for you, your family and friends to share in the accomplishments of the students’ hard work and training throughout the year.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REHEARSAL AND RECITAL DATES FOR THIS YEAR’S PERFORMANCES ARE ONE WEEK EARLIER THAN OUR ORGIONAL TENTATIVE DATES. Erin’s Dance Studio has dates held at the Music Hall Theatre for Friday, June 13th, and Saturday, June 14th, 2008. The rehearsal will be held on Friday, June 13th at the Music Hall Theatre located at 14th and Capitol Ave. The performances will be Saturday, June 14th at 2:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. also at the Music Hall. Students must be present for their numbers at rehearsal in order to participate in recital.
Due to the growing demands on costume companies, and early recital class picture, we will soon begin collecting costume fees in order to meet our deadlines.
Those students in more than one number will be making payments over the next several months. However, if you wish to make payments in full earlier than the schedule shown below, your account will be credited accordingly.
There is a $60 fee for each costume. Costumes are made to order and are non-refundable by the costume companies.
A costume will not be ordered without a costume fee being paid, and in most cases will be unable to re-order.
Please check the list in the lobby as to how many numbers your student’s class will be doing in this year’s show.
We will be measuring students in class before Christmas Vacation.
Please make all recital payments separate from your regular monthly payments.

To cover the rental of the facility and subsequent recital expenses, a $65 fee per family is required. This fee will also entitle you to 10 tickets per family and must be paid NO LATER THAN MARCH 10th 2008. This fee is separate from costume payments. Additional tickets are $5.00 each.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MAY DEFRAY YOUR RECITAL EXPENSES BY PARTICIPATING IN THE OCTOBER FUNDRAISER.
